On October 3, the StibbeFam and Princess Claire will be walking in our first-ever Buddy Walk! I am so excited and we are looking forward to this day. We had some awesome shirts made, will have a large group walking, and most importantly we are raising funds to benefit the Down Syndrome Alliance of the Midlands. If you feel moved to do so, a donation to this amazing organization would mean a lot to Claire Perie 🙂 https://www.ds-stride.org/omahabuddywalk/profiles/team/48

Claire is beautiful. We too are lucky grandparents of a beautiful little girl with Down’s, her name is Hope and she will always be our family’s little ray of Hope. This past Sunday Hope modeled in the Chicago NADS gala. They then chose to put her picture and my daughter and Hope’s sister Sarah on the channel 7 news that night. We are originally from Omaha and currently live in Chicago, I know my daughter Erin who is an advocate for DS would love to see your posts. She too has been blogging all month on her facebook account, under Erin Komacki. I know you are blessed just like Erin, her husband Paul. big sis Sarah and the entire Riley Family is. Best wishes.
