The twins had their 6-month checkup today! Jack is a whopping 12lbs, 10oz and Sam is 11lbs, 6oz.
Overall, great reports! Dr. Moore even said we could start trying baby food with Jack whenever we feel comfortable. I’ll give it a few more weeks because he’s not too interested in “people food” yet. And Sam got a referral to the Munroe-Meyer Institute at UNMC. It’s UNMC’s version of the feeding clinic at Children’s. Since I was less than impressed with Children’s feeding team, Dr. Moore thought we should give Munroe-Meyer a try. Hopefully it’s not too long of a wait list!

I changed my mind again. When I look at the pictures of Sam he looks just like you as a baby! And well when I look at Jack I see myself as a baby.. well fed!
