Just a few of my favorite things…

I wanted to show you a few of my favorite things each day as well. My Aunt Nancy gave me some burp cloths for my baby shower and I can’t tell you the number of compliments I have received when I use them! Almost makes me think baby spitup is cute… almost! I love the entire collection from Meg Original.

Check these out from Meg Original:

2 Little Monkeys! I found this on Etsy website XpressionsThatStick and had to get it for the boys’ room. I requested to have both monkeys be boys. Since we’ll be moving in May or June, I’m not putting it up just yet, and it’s killing me to have it just sit in storage!

twin tip of the day
Co-sleeping! Some nurses and doctors are against this idea due to a risk of SIDS, but there are no studies that have proven this. Our boys co-sleep and it has been fabulous. After three months of sleeping in separate cribs in the NICU, we didn’t know if co-sleeping would work for S & J. Well… I’m happy to say that the boys absolutely love sleeping together. Our wild man Jack instantly calms down when Sam is put in the crib with him. Twins are meant to be together, and I’m so happy that their months of separation didn’t disprove this! Sam and Jack in their bouncys from Great Grandma Sammy!

P.S. Hubby Adam has been amazing lately, even though he had to return to work the week Sam came home. Since it was just Valentine’s Day, here’s one of my favorite wedding pictures as a special addition to our baby blog πŸ™‚

Sam and Jack are the cutest little monkeys I’ve ever seen. πŸ™‚

I love it that they sleep together. They were apart from each other way too long.

I’m so glad that Adam continues to be amazing. He has always been special to me:) I would just like to say that I think you’re pretty amazing yourself Trisha. I know some of those days at home can get long, especially when the days run into nights and you’re alone and tired. The boys look so cute. Don’t you just love watching them sleep. I bet it’s really adorable to see them in their crib together. Enjoy!!
