23 days…

Only 23 days left until March 17, 2011- “Match Day.” Ah! This is a huge day for all 4th year medical students. They open an envelope on stage that tells you where you will be living and doing your residency for the next 5 years (in Adam’s case). He has his list ranked, and now we just have to hope he matches at his top choice residency!

Adam has worked so hard during medical school and now his future lies in a piece of paper in an envelope. I’ll be sitting in the audience, probably with an emergency barf bag because of my nerves. There is a website link Creighton will provide that will allow anyone to watch the ceremony. I’ll make sure I post the link on the blog.

I also want everyone to know that I am currently writing this post while using my Baby Bjorn with Sam. Pretty much the greatest thing ever invented.

Mommys! Who wants their abs back after having a baby or two? I definitely did! Here are my suggestions:

Invest in a Belly Bandit. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Worth the money. I used mine for just a few weeks after having the boys and I was able to fit into my pre-pregnancy pants.

Here’s a great ab workout. It doesn’t put too much strain on the abdominal muscles, and still tightens and tones them.
